One of my favorite things about ESO is the extreme flexibility we have when building our characters. With this fact comes a huge undertaking when it comes to figuring out what's best for your character role, and what best fits your playstyle. I have been researching skills here List of Skills and here Stat Effects on Skills trying to figure that out for myself. Also here is a good post on Status Effects. Here's what I've discovered as far as skills that might be useful for tanking, note that this list can more generally be used as a list of crowd controlling abilities. All durations that I have listed are based on maximum skill rank and level. If you think I've missed anything or have incorrect information please let me know in a post below. Enjoy!
